We are committed to maintaining transparency and responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain. To support this commitment, Powell Industries provides Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRTs) for our suppliers.
What does providing CMRTs mean?
The CMRT is an industry-standard reporting tool developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). It is used to disclose information on the sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG) to ensure these materials are not linked to human rights violations in conflict-affected regions.

By collecting and sharing CMRT documentation, Powell Industries demonstrates that we:

Work closely with our suppliers to track the origin of minerals used in our components and products, and

Support ethical, verifiable sourcing practices in accordance with industry and regulatory expectations.
